For my photography business, clients will digitally receive their photos. To calculate sales tax, do I charge them the rate of the parish where my business is located (my home) or do I charge them the sales tax based on the rate of the parish where their photo shoot took place? I take outdoor photos in public places, but I do this in two different parishes (Orleans and St. Tammany). I'm in Louisiana. Additionally, how often do I turn in my sales tax payments, and is the $500 threshold for sales tax payments based on the total amount taken in or just the sales tax amount?

I am transitioning from a pet sitting business to offering online canine communication courses for daycare owners and their staff. I currently have insurance for pet sitting and training, but I'm unsure what kind of insurance I need for this new service. Is it normal for someone's case to be continued again after being incarcerated for 76 days? The individual has been in jail since March 2nd in Lake County, Florida, with charges filed and misdemeanors taken care of. The case was due for a plea deal last week and sentencing today but was continued for the third time at the last minute. The person has a public defender and feels forgotten about.
