I received a letter from someone claiming to be a retired lawyer, stating that it is legal to send one dollar each to another person to have my name put on their mailing list, and then receive dollars from others, potentially ending up with almost $800,000. The letter cites postal law title 18 Section 1302 & 1342 of the US Postal and Lottery Laws as proof of its legality. Is this really legal?

I was misdiagnosed and mistreated in the ER, accused of being a meth user and denied proper treatment. I was treated as a drug addict despite my denial and evidence of a staph infection and Shingles. I was traumatized and experienced severe anxiety and other issues as a result. My doctor confirmed my innocence through a drug test and suggested pursuing this with an attorney and the AZ Medical Board. I was a victim of a violent crime and have PTSD, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, and Arthritis. I was going to apply for disability but with meth usage on my record, I won't get it. I deserve justice for what I went through and how I was treated. Can you help me?
