How can I ask a question online in a way that can protect me from the post being used against me in the future? I'm in a situation where I need help and advice, but I'm also scared that if I post online, that my post may eventually be tied to me in the future and that could be used against me. How can I post on an online forum in a way that can't be used against me in the future?

I have a case in Federal Court for fraud. The owner of the company was released from prison and not allowed to own a business. He claimed the machine I had was his. After discovering the defendant's criminal status and business ownership restriction, I filed my suit. However, the judge has halted the case and will not rule on Summary Judgment. Is there any way I can get the judge to rule?

I have an existing employment agreement with my employer that automatically extends for successive one-year terms unless either party gives written notice at least 60 days prior to the end of the current term. In late January 2019, I received a letter stating that the agreement would be terminated on April 1, 2019 due to a change in the employer's business structure. Am I obligated to give any further notice, or can I simply return my key and leave when the agreement terminates on March 29, 2019?

I have a question about authenticating text messages to introduce them into evidence. The individual who sent the messages will deny what he’s written. What’s a good strategy to get a judge to allow the messages into evidence to show malicious intent in withholding custody of my children?

We are living in a development with incomplete housing construction and no board of members, only a property management company. We follow almost all their rules and regulations, but we are being threatened with a fine due to complaints about my husband's truck, which they find loud and obnoxious. The truck passes state inspection and has two mufflers. There is no rule about vehicle noise levels in the regulations. How can we fight this and protect our rights in this situation?
