My ex-boyfriend has a valuable Rolex watch of mine that he won't return. He claims to have no idea about it and that he does not have it in his possession. I've reminded him several times over the past few months. This is complicated since we had an affair and he wants to hide all of this from his wife. I think maybe he gave it to her as a gift. Can I sue for emotional distress since he said he asked his wife for a divorce and asked me to marry him, only to disappear one day with my Rolex in hand? I made significant changes in my life to prepare for marriage to him. He has lied about many things to many people I have come to learn. He has taken things from others and never returned them, despite them asking for them repeatedly. This is stealing, correct? I can prove a pattern of long-time deception as well as stealing. Do I have a case for both theft and emotional distress?

I was recently fired from my job as a nurse in the emergency room of a predominantly Hispanic hospital, along with another Hispanic nurse. The director who fired us has only been employed for 3 weeks, and 2 weeks ago, another Hispanic employee and the vice president of nursing, who was also Hispanic, were fired. I believe this is racial discrimination. What are my legal options and what state are you in?

I received a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt about 2 years ago, and I recently discovered there is a warrant for my arrest due to this ticket and a failure to appear. The fines and interest total over $700. Is there any way to get these fines reduced or the warrant dismissed?

In 2007, I obtained a loan from HBT to send my son to a drug rehab program. This year, I was asked to co-sign for another loan for my son's rehab, but I only agreed to co-sign if they could help him after evaluation. My son left the program after 24 hours, and HBT sent me loan paperwork with my son's signature and my name printed in the signature box, claiming I have to pay. What are my options?
