I'm being falsely accused of a claim and being asked to pay for damages or provide my insurance. The incident occurred in Illinois, and I was insured under my mom's policy at the time of the accident in August 2022. However, I've since moved out and obtained my own insurance. The other party reported a claim the next day, falsely stating they were driving.
