I am a separate LLC from the salon owner and had a verbal agreement to pay rent for the room I work out of. The salon owner has raised the rent, changed the locks, denied me access to the booking site where my clients' information is stored, and taken me off the site, disrupting my business. My son is scheduled for surgery, and I can't access the necessary information. What legal actions can I take?

If a practicing attorney learns about another attorney still practicing after he is disbarred, are there legal and ethical steps he needs to take to report this knowledge to courts/bar association etc? Specifically, if the disbarred attorney has been involved in the case you are on and you have been working with him for over a year.

I am in a civil case in Illinois involving employment discrimination and retaliation. I have been ordered to provide tax documents for dismissal and to accept a settlement check, but I believe the settlement agreement was coerced and fraudulent. I have been filing motions pro se to prevent judgment from being entered and have valid claims of fraud and proof. What steps should I take to address these orders and protect my rights, including whether I should accept the check or file for relief from judgment?
