I am in a civil case in Illinois involving employment discrimination and retaliation. I have been ordered to provide tax documents for dismissal and to accept a settlement check, but I believe the settlement agreement was coerced and fraudulent. I have been filing motions pro se to prevent judgment from being entered and have valid claims of fraud and proof. What steps should I take to address these orders and protect my rights, including whether I should accept the check or file for relief from judgment?
