Our son was expelled from a private Catholic School in Feb. 2017 for taking a 50-second video of two boys in the locker room shower stall, which only showed their backside. Despite other students receiving lighter punishments for more serious offenses, our son has been denied re-entry to the school and participation in school activities. He has apologized, written letters, attended meetings, and sought counseling, but the school remains firm. We are in North Dakota and have not taken any legal action yet. Do we have a case?
