Our son was expelled from a private Catholic School in Feb. 2017 for taking a 50-second video of two boys in the locker room shower stall, which only showed their backside. Despite other students receiving lighter punishments for more serious offenses, our son has been denied re-entry to the school and participation in school activities. He has apologized, written letters, attended meetings, and sought counseling, but the school remains firm. We are in North Dakota and have not taken any legal action yet. Do we have a case?

I let a couple I know stay in a rental house I own in California. They have not paid rent, are using heroin, leaving syringes on the property, using counterfeit money, and the DEA is watching them. How can I evict them and should I inform law enforcement about their illegal activities?

A judge released my vehicle from evidence, granting me 90 days to retrieve it, which occurred on May 8th. The vehicle was held for over a year, so I needed to get tags and update insurance. I went to the police department to release it, and then to the tow yard, where they want to charge me over $1300 for storage fees. Can they do this, given that I had 90 days to retrieve it? I was also told by the police agency that a detective released the hold to the tow company on June 5th, but I never went in to do this.
