I am facing a sexual assault charge at a court martial with no DNA evidence linking me to the crime and DNA evidence pointing to someone else. My EAS was April 11, 2016, and I have a JAG attorney. I am innocent and want to fight the charge to the end. I feel harassed by the ongoing plea bargain offers even after a court martial date has been set.
