I'm the defendant in a 'complaint on contract' with American Express. I filed my answer but the plaintiff got a jump on me and filed 1st continuing interrogatories, 1st request for admissions, and 1st request for production of docs. I'm answering all of these and filing tomorrow but my question is can I request/file at the same time my 1st request for interrogatories to plaintiff, admission, production of docs?

My daughter was charged in Illinois with the offense of CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO GOVERNMENT SUPPORTED PROPERTY (Class 4) when she was 14 years old. She was placed on supervision for 3 years and has now completed it with no problems. Will this show up when she is applying for a job, and if it does, how do I have it sealed or expunged?

I was part of a debt relief program that was sold to another company. The new company is asking for more money to settle my remaining debts, even though I have an agreement from the original company stating that they would take care of all the debts for the amount I already paid. Can they do this, and if they took over the account, don't they have to see that agreement through?
