I was part of a debt relief program that was sold to another company. The new company is asking for more money to settle my remaining debts, even though I have an agreement from the original company stating that they would take care of all the debts for the amount I already paid. Can they do this, and if they took over the account, don't they have to see that agreement through?

The new company can ask for additional funds if they do not have enough money in their trust account...
