I received a letter addressed to my ex-husband, whom I divorced in 1990 and never lived with at my current address. The sender claims they got this information from PeopleFinders, who listed him as a known alias of mine. I never took his last name during our marriage. How did this happen, and what can I do to rectify this situation and prevent any credit implications?

I have a previous workers' comp case that was settled in 2001, but I was awarded open medical for life on my injuries. My condition has worsened, and I am now on disability. My adjustor has hired an investigator to perform an 'alive and well check'. I am unsure why and have been advised not to meet with the investigator. What should I do?

Is it a crime if my condo HOA president is stealing money? He hasn't followed the bylaws' instructions and is spending money without accountability, votes, and without the services being performed.

If a porn production company imports raw footage of pornographic content, including scenes of rape and sexual assault with grievous bodily harm, from countries like the Philippines, Thailand, or Indonesia for final editing and publication in the U.S., is this a violation of 18 USC 1462 and could it potentially be a case under 18 USC 96 (RICO statute)?

I want to file a private nuisance case against my upstairs neighbor who makes loud noise almost every night from 11 pm to 2.30 am, including stomping, dragging furniture, and party noise. I have tried talking to her, sending letters, involving the HOA, and even the landlord, but the noise continues and is affecting my health. I have a voice recording of her party noise, letters to her and the HOA, and a security witness. Will I win the case, and what additional evidence could strengthen my case?
