I need help with family law in New Mexico. I failed to comply with a court order and received a disposition order for lack of prosecution. I was ordered to complete a parenting class and anger management within 180 days, but I didn't complete them. I received a notice giving me 30 days to move for reinstatement, which I also failed to do. When I tried to request a hearing, I was told I would need to pay $137 or try for free processing, which I think led to the case being dismissed. I want to know what to file next, whether it's a motion for reinstatement, a motion to modify child visitation, a request for a hearing, or a petition for child visitation custody and parentage.
