My attorney is planning to withdraw, and I need to serve the defendants by the 22nd. Additionally, I have a larger case against the trustees involving breaches of fiduciary duty. Can I speak with the judge directly since I have an attorney on record?

I was ordered to complete a parenting class and anger management within 180 days, but I didn't complete them. I received a notice giving me 30 days to move for reinstatement, which I also failed to do. My husband died and we have a loan on our Motorhome with Bank of America. The Motorhome was only in his name and I was told I could Voluntarily Surrender it to the bank. Our bank account was in our name together and he had no other funds except an IRA that cannot be used for collection. I want to ensure they can't come after me for the balance of the loan if they don't get the amount at Auction to cover the loan balance. I am in Florida, and he died in South Dakota. I have not started Probate in Florida yet. We have a truck that is paid for that was in his name. The truck is an F150 2012.

I sent the attorneys a written letter objecting to their motion. Is there anything I can ask the court to do to hold the attorneys accountable for committing fraud upon the court?
