My husband died and we have a loan on our Motorhome with Bank of America. The Motorhome was only in his name and I was told I could Voluntarily Surrender it to the bank. Our bank account was in our name together and he had no other funds except an IRA that cannot be used for collection. I want to ensure they can't come after me for the balance of the loan if they don't get the amount at Auction to cover the loan balance. I am in Florida, and he died in South Dakota. I have not started Probate in Florida yet. We have a truck that is paid for that was in his name. The truck is an F150 2012.

Recently, attorneys for the Plaintiff in a foreclosure case misrepresented to the court that I had conferred with them and had no objections, which was a lie. I sent the attorneys a written letter objecting to their motion. Is there anything I can ask the court to do to hold the attorneys accountable for committing fraud upon the court?

The Fort Worth Police Department has a Cautionary Advisory on their dispatch computers stating that I threatened to kill police officers in December 2014, which never happened and I was not charged. I am a State Licensed Firearms Instructor, CHL holder, and Level 3 Licensed Armed Security Officer. Can I sue them for libel or defamation, especially since this false information has been on their computers since December 2014 and I have audio from a traffic stop to prove my innocence?

Will I get benefits if I marry someone who is receiving Social Security? I am on SSI and I know I will lose mine if I marry. But I have heard a spouse can collect off another spouse. Is it true? I also heard it depends on his income. He gets roughly $1500 from SS and $99.00 from another place he retired from.

In 2016, I was reported to NRMP for violating the SOAP rules when a third party (a physician who was unaware of the rules) contacted a program on my behalf. I am under investigation and need to respond within ten days. How should I approach and answer to NRMP to mitigate the impact on my future applications and the third party involved?

I signed a lease for an apartment electronically, but the document now has the word 'void' on it. I haven't moved in due to a family medical issue, and I want to break the lease without damaging my credit. Am I still bound to the lease, and what is my next step?
