Years ago, I signed papers for her in Oklahoma without knowing I was signing over money to her. She has used my SSN to buy a house and get loans. I discovered she tried to take out the mutual fund money without my consent and has already taken out $100,000. The bank said she could do this because I was a minor when the mutual fund was established. I want to know if there's any way I can access the money without her signing the papers or if there's anything I can do to prevent her from taking more money from the account.
