We are trying to get custody of my stepdaughter, but DFCS has been delaying the process and making unreasonable demands, such as asking my husband to change his medication without medical backing. They have also attempted to access our medical records without permission. What can we do to resolve this situation without hiring a lawyer?

I have bipolar disorder and my employer required my psychiatrist to regularly report to their EAP regarding my condition. I resigned due to this violation of my privacy. Was this action by my employer legal, ethical, and appropriate? Have you heard of other employers doing this?

I think I've been scammed. A woman claiming to be in the military named Sarah Blades opened a Chase Bank account in my name and deposited $9800, which I then deposited into my Bancfirst account. I withdrew $200 from my Bancfirst account, which came from the Chase Bank account. I plan to deposit the $200 back into my Bancfirst account and close the Chase Bank account. What should I do about this situation?

In an online school, we state in our documentation that graduates must renew their certification every two years. There is a $75 application fee for renewal, which is listed on the renewal application but not in the terms and conditions. A graduate claims she is not obligated to pay the $75 fee because it was not posted in the terms. Is this true, and can I enforce the fee despite it not being in the terms?
