I was sued in Tampa (Hillsborough County) back in 2008 where the alleged offense occurred. I moved to Miami (Dade County) back in 2009. I was, till now, pro-se. However, I've decided to acquire legal representation. I would like to have the suit transferred to Dade County, but haven't motioned to do so yet. So, at this point, should I look for attorney representation in Tampa or Miami? Thank you!

In a legal scenario, P is ordered to provide a More Definite Statement (MDS) per FRCP 12(e) and FRCP 15(a)(2) within 14 days, with no mention of a response deadline for D. D allows 14 days to pass after P's service of the MDS, then answers on the 16th day with a Renewed Motion to Dismiss (FRCP 12(b)(6)). Are D's two days late for filing with the court, and do they not get the three additional service days as per FRCP 6(d)?
