As an international student on F-1 OPT, my OPT ends in February 2017, and I have been admitted to a masters program starting January 2017. The new school is requesting a SEVIS transfer out form from my undergraduate school. What date should I fill as the transfer out date since I will have to stop working after the date selected? Will I be required to go back to my home country ASAP, or can I stay in the US and start attending classes with the new I-20? Do I need to visit my country for a new visa stamping?

Additionally, where is the agent required to disclose any credits from their commission back to the seller, and how should those credits be listed on the closing statement by law, per the DRE?

If the court denies access to the evidence used against me at trial, but I am allowed to hear a recording played by the bailiff at the Clerk of Courts office, and the CD with the recording in the case file contains 2 messages while the CD used at trial only had 1 message, and the Court of Appeals ruling quotes the message word for word but the recording in the file does not match the quoted words or the length of the message analyzed by an expert in the first case, can these issues of the evidence used against me at trial be raised at the probation revocation hearing, especially since this is the reason for the probation?
