If the court denies access to the evidence used against me at trial, but I am allowed to hear a recording played by the bailiff at the Clerk of Courts office, and the CD with the recording in the case file contains 2 messages while the CD used at trial only had 1 message, and the Court of Appeals ruling quotes the message word for word but the recording in the file does not match the quoted words or the length of the message analyzed by an expert in the first case, can these issues of the evidence used against me at trial be raised at the probation revocation hearing, especially since this is the reason for the probation?
