Is a page swiped from a contract at the signing or possibly from the final draft presented for signing enough by itself to prove fraud? The prenup for the divorce did not have page 6, and the original lawyer's copy also had a missing page 6. The other lawyer said, 'I am not surprised, I'll have to look into that' and then stepped down and won't testify. Does the missing page alone simply prove a fraud did occur?
