Can a dealership refuse to return a deposit on a new car lease if I signed a binding non-refundable deposit, did not take delivery of the car, and never even saw the vehicle? I am in Florida and have asked for a refund, contacted my credit card company, and filed a complaint with the AG. They did not disclose that I was initialing a non-refundable deposit and did not furnish me with a copy of the document.
