I had a retail store that closed, and the attorney general's office represented 25 customers who accepted a settlement by the state. Some customers are now unhappy with the settlement and have filed lawsuits against me after accepting part of the restitution, claiming it was not enough money. Can they do this, and if yes, why did I settle with the state?

I married my husband two years ago. The co-op we live in was purchased by him and his deceased wife. He is the sole owner now. His will from 2000 leaves the co-op to his two sons. If he dies, does the co-op transfer to me or do we need a new will?

In the first week of June, my wife and I purchased a Hyundai from a new Hyundai dealership. We completed all the standard paperwork including a credit application. The car, out-the-door, was $34,000; we put $10,000 down. Unbeknownst to us, the dealership had certain computer system failures, and the dealership did not process our credit check through the Hyundai agency, but instead ran it through a neighboring (next door) agency--a Chevrolet/Cadillac agency; therefore, all my credit information, from the three major credit reporting groups, were wrongfully processed by the Chevrolet/Cadillac agency at the request of the Hyundai dealership, where I understood my credit information would be limited to the Hyundai credit department only. Is this not a wrongful invasion of privacy by both agencies? What are the legal ramifications of these acts? What is their pecuniary exposure?
