My husband, a Navy Commander, fears the Navy will find out about an issue, but believes his rank will prevent discharge or loss of rank. However, he may lose retirement money and health services. If he does, a 'Contract' sounds better than nothing, which is what I will be left with if he loses everything. Should I consider a long divorce? He retires in 2 years.
