I am a Canadian living in Quebec and am having an issue with a dog breeder who lives in Virginia. I am looking to sue her and need a lawyer in VA to help me. I want to know how to proceed to have a lawyer send her a letter with a delay to pay what she owes me, and if that doesn't work, I will need legal representation to sue her. Additionally, I am hoping to find a lawyer who can work on a commission basis, taking a percentage of the awarded claim.

I am the beneficiary of a lifetime living estate. My neighbor is claiming damages to her 2019 grape crop, alleging I've tampered with her diversion ditch. I have done no such thing. The ditch tailings from unused appropriations flow into a natural creek on my property. I feel if her employees want access to my property, they need an appropriate agreement with fish and game. They claim since their ditch runs into the creek, it becomes a ditch on my property. I'd like to know what she can do to the estate if anything.

I have been on Total and Permanent Disability for 15 years and live in a handicap-accessible apartment in Richmond, VA. The new property manager wants to move me into a regular one-bedroom apartment, which I believe is discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). What steps can I take to keep my current handicap-accessible apartment?

I’m being charged an excessive water bill of over $300 a month for the last 4 months in a residential house in Pennsylvania. I’ve contacted the water department and my realtor, but they are unresponsive and threatening eviction. What should I do next?
