I am a former student at a university in a discontinued masters of nursing program. I have only one clinical class left to complete my degree, but the university won't let me re-enroll because I took a year off due to personal reasons. I have had a one-year lease agreement for a five-year continuous period between a property owner and myself regarding an apartment unit in an 80-unit complex. The complex is managed by a separate management company. The management company also rents out other units to its own tenants on a month-to-month basis with no lease arrangement. I have found the onsite managers, employees of the management company, on numerous occasions and instances to be interfering or damaging or mismanaging the property in several instances injurious to me or obstructing my perceived understanding of the conditions of the lease exclusive to and between the owner and myself. Are these actions or inactions by the management company towards myself legally actionable, a breach, or interference with a legal lease contract in which they are not parties to that contract?
