I am a Jew and very upset that a popular bishop compared Obama to Hitler. I wrote a letter expressing my anger and signed a petition with a comment. My main concern is whether the comment could be interpreted as accusing someone of being a sex offender, and if this could incriminate me or lead to legal trouble.

I had a car repossessed several years ago, and now I received a judgment in the mail. After the case was settled, I was changing jobs and supporting myself. I called the finance company and asked if they could rewrite my loan since my vehicle was half paid for. I was a little short that month, so I offered $160 instead of the full $250 payment, which they accepted. I told them I would pay the rest when my income tax check came in. However, a tow company took my car after the finance company accepted the partial payment. Did the creditor commit a breach of peace?
