I am a landlord in Washington State trying to evict a tenant for non-payment. I have served a 3-day notice, the summons, and the complaint. The process server was unable to serve in time for the original show cause date, so I changed the date with the court and need to serve again. Do I need to update the Motion for Show Cause Hearing with the new date and resubmit it to the court? Additionally, there was another person who accepted the initial 3-day notice from the process server, so I added them in the 'all other occupants' fields. Do they need to be served as well?
