I am a teacher at a Charter School in Coatesville, PA. The school has hired a racist bigot who has verbally abused me and other staff members. The CEO was present during these incidents and initially supported me, but now seems to be siding with the principal. I have been asked to leave the premises without explanation and am unsure of my job status. I am also disabled. Do I have any recourse, and what steps should I take to address this situation?
