I am a tenant in an apartment building. Management is trying to charge me attorney fees after I paid my filing fee, late fee, and rent amount owed before the 7 days were up. They added $165.00 worth of attorney fees to the next month's rent, which we mediated to pay rent amount owed plus late fees, not attorney fees. My lease states that I am not liable to pay these fees in the event of litigation. What should I do about the attorney fees and late fees, and am I liable for these charges?

Regarding a witness statement, is it mandatory to write the initials and surname of the witness at the top right-hand corner of the first page, and does it have to be written in pen or can it be typed? Additionally, when sending documents and exhibits, including witness statements, is it necessary to include the claim number on all documents and exhibits?

I have received a letter from the court stating to check with my case manager to see if I have an ID in the court's file before the hearing date next week. I have an affidavit of corroborating witness to show that I've been in Florida for over 6 months. Do I still need to have an ID in the court's file, or can I disregard that part and just have an ID the day of the hearing? Additionally, my soon-to-be ex-wife has signed all the documents and agreed to everything for an uncontested divorce. The letters for the hearing dates were sent to both of us, but she has moved without my knowledge and has not received the letter. Will this cause a problem at the hearing since she most likely won't show up? If so, what could happen? Lastly, if the court doesn't have my ID on file and the only ID I have is not from Florida, but I have an affidavit of corroborating witness on file, is it correct that I don't have to have an ID on file and can just show up at the hearing with the ID I have and the affidavit?

If you were in a lawsuit 10 years ago from a place you used to work and you get rehired 10 years later in that same place, but they tell you that their attorney advised them that you couldn’t be rehired because of the lawsuit even though you withdrew from the lawsuit and didn’t receive any payment, is that fair? Is that right?

I am an IT support person and took pictures of company data during an investigation. Can the company hold me liable or criminally charge me, and would they terminate me if they found out? Additionally, I was interviewed without an attorney for an investigation and questioned for 6 hours. Is this something the company can do?
