I have received a letter from the court stating to check with my case manager to see if I have an ID in the court's file before the hearing date next week. I have an affidavit of corroborating witness to show that I've been in Florida for over 6 months. Do I still need to have an ID in the court's file, or can I disregard that part and just have an ID the day of the hearing? Additionally, my soon-to-be ex-wife has signed all the documents and agreed to everything for an uncontested divorce. The letters for the hearing dates were sent to both of us, but she has moved without my knowledge and has not received the letter. Will this cause a problem at the hearing since she most likely won't show up? If so, what could happen? Lastly, if the court doesn't have my ID on file and the only ID I have is not from Florida, but I have an affidavit of corroborating witness on file, is it correct that I don't have to have an ID on file and can just show up at the hearing with the ID I have and the affidavit?

If you were in a lawsuit 10 years ago from a place you used to work and you get rehired 10 years later in that same place, but they tell you that their attorney advised them that you couldn’t be rehired because of the lawsuit even though you withdrew from the lawsuit and didn’t receive any payment, is that fair? Is that right?

I am an IT support person and took pictures of company data during an investigation. Can the company hold me liable or criminally charge me, and would they terminate me if they found out? Additionally, I was interviewed without an attorney for an investigation and questioned for 6 hours. Is this something the company can do?

I am the plaintiff in an unlawful detainer case. The defendant served me a motion to strike with a court date for December 20th. I also filed for a court date but did not yet receive an answer. What are my next steps? How should I respond to the motion to strike, which argues that I don't have capacity to sue? Will this motion prevent the court date I requested from being delayed until the 20th?
