I am a U.S. citizen wanting to marry a woman from Peru who is not a U.S. citizen. We are both unmarried and of age. She has a valid passport, and we met in Peru. Can she come here on a visiting VISA, get married, and then start the process to apply for her Green Card, or do we need to do a Fiancee VISA for her to come here?

I paid for an online class and received handbooks that were described differently on the website. I purchased additional handbooks for $35 each, thinking they were more detailed, but they turned out to be the same as the free ones but with a cardboard cover. I asked for a refund on Facebook Messenger, but they refused and offered free trend reports instead. How can I get my money back if they don't do refunds, and what legal actions can I take?

As a plaintiff, how can I dispose of provable lies made by the defendant before trial? For example, if the complaint states 'Defendant sent an email on 8/1/2015' and the defendant denies this or claims lack of sufficient information, should I use a Motion to Strike or a Motion for Summary Judgment? It seems inefficient to wait for a jury to decide the obvious.

To my knowledge, have I ever had a clearance or access authorization denied? I previously applied for a federal contractor job but never submitted any security questionnaire because the security specialist for the contractor job refused to process it due to a missed deadline. Now, I have a job offer from the federal government. Does the security clearance have any impact on my new job offer?
