I am breaking my lease due to ADA Reasonable Accommodation and my severe asthma that has been triggered by the carpet in my apartment. The leasing manager is asking for more documentation than what the company’s legal requires to prove my need for a reasonable accommodation. I need a lawyer to review my medical letter from my doctor, as the leasing manager says I have to be on permanent disability, while the fair housing language and ADA state I don’t have to be permanently disabled. Is it possible for my daughter to challenge her Texas Bar exam results? She and many others in her school found that they all got a '0' on a certain part of the exam, which seems statistically impossible as they all answered that portion of the test. My daughter and her friend were well-prepared for that section and find their non-score very suspect.

I own an S Corp and have financial problems. A financial company filed a lawsuit against me because they wouldn't modify my loan. My previous attorney removed himself, and I don't have new representation. I have a Motion for Summary Judgment (MSJ) on November 1.
