I own an S Corp and have financial problems. A financial company filed a lawsuit against me because they wouldn't modify my loan. My previous attorney removed himself, and I don't have new representation. I have a Motion for Summary Judgment (MSJ) on November 1. Can I speak to the judge and ask for time to get new counsel to help me and my company file for bankruptcy?
