I am experiencing ongoing difficulties with my husband's daughter, Michelle, who has been a source of repeated financial and emotional support requests despite being a well-paid RN. Despite numerous attempts to help her make better choices and seek professional help, she continues to expect financial assistance and has recently engaged in Facebook harassment after being told no. My husband and I are approaching retirement age and have our own financial struggles, including recent medical expenses. We are seeking advice on how to protect ourselves from further harassment and manage this ongoing situation.

I am a landlord in Nevada with a signed lease that the tenant is trying to cancel before taking possession. The lease was signed on May 7, and it commences on May 11. On May 9, the tenant informed me she changed her mind. She was supposed to meet me on May 10 to get keys and pay the deposit and first month's rent. She has only paid a $40 application fee. What legal recourse do I have, and what should I do with the current lease?
