I have a new revised design of patent #(NNN) NNN-NNNN issued 11-9-99 and continued with USPTO on 8/26/2003. When does this existing patent expire, and can a US patent attorney review my design to determine if it is worth submitting to USPTO for review? What would be the typical cost for this attorney review?

How can I get a relative removed from a Psychiatrist hospital when the treating Dr. tells me I can not until he releases her? She went in willingly and in good physical health, this was supposed to be an evaluation to determine if she has dementia or if there is another type of mental problem. She has been there (Hickory Trails Hospital in Desoto, TX) since April 1, 2013 and is physically deteriorating. The family has not been able to awaken her for the past 3 days, we can only visit for 1 hour per day. At this point, we'd like to get her out of the facility today and take her to Baylor Hospital. Please advise.

I have never been in trouble, I do not do drugs, and I do not drink. I do not know what to do, and the police do not come when I call. What should I do?
