I am headed to court for a divorce in New York and need clarification on what is considered separate property in purchasing a house. The house was purchased after the marriage, but my husband used money from his mother's accounts, which he added his name to while she had dementia, to pay for part of the house. Additionally, I took care of his mother in our home for 8 months, saving close to $100k in nursing home costs and protecting her assets. What portion of the house's equity might I be entitled to, and could my caregiving efforts influence the judge's decision?

I’m being sued in small claims court in Seminole County, Florida, for a debt collection case, but I do not live in Florida and never have. The debt was established in 2013, and I have lived in Georgia since 2012. My ex-wife currently lives in Seminole County, Florida. What should I do about this lawsuit, and can I object to the court's jurisdiction over the matter?

If I got bit by a dog and it took the flesh off six inches long all the way to the bone literally on Saturday, when I got to the emergency room they gave me Tylenol and anesthesia to scrub, scrape, and clean it. On Monday, they peeled off the skin and scraped and scrubbed the wound again without putting me under, causing excruciating pain. They held me down despite my protests. What do I do?

I want to file an appeal focusing on my ex-husband's attorney committing fraud upon the court. The statute of limitations has been more than a year since I received proof of fraud. I read online that I shouldn't rely on Rule 60(b)3, but subsection (d)3. Which rule should I apply in my notice?
