I am heading to court for an ex-parte hearing where the opposing counsel is demanding the court to seal their exhibits, claiming that her flawed accounting, which I caught her lying about on the stand, is a 'Trade Secret'. Is this a good legal argument, and can I use her previous statements about groomers being 'Independent Contractors' against her in this case?
