The judge signed the decree and made the stipulations the order of decree. The ex filed a request for an evidentiary hearing, scheduled for July 6th, but the judge signed it on May 17th. Will the judge likely leave it all as is or would he likely modify it?

A mother, daughter, and grandbaby from Texas visited relatives in Wisconsin, where the daughter took the baby to visit the alleged father without the mother's permission. The mother reported the daughter as a runaway, and authorities retrieved the daughter but allowed the baby to stay with the alleged father, as the daughter (the baby's mother) said the baby could stay. The alleged father is not on the birth certificate and has not taken a DNA test. The daughter is doing this out of spite against her mother, who moved her to Texas to get her away from bad influences. What legal options does the mother have to get the baby back?

I was previously a full-time employee for a company. They then made me a 1099 employee while I still perform the same tasks and duties. Is this not essentially tax evasion on their part? How can I report this?

Is it harassment if my boss files charges against me, loses, and the next day sends an email announcing job duty changes that only affect me, while also stripping me of my responsibilities as second in charge and giving others my duties over the past year?
