I am looking to buy a mobile. I found one and offered 40,000 and the seller agreed. Now, the brother who lives in Thailand says 46,000 so they pay for probate. I gave her a 500.00 check for bidder before he stepped in. I thought everything was in a forward motion and now this. Do I have a deal or must I pay more?

I left my wedding dress with my local dry cleaner and it came back ruined with significant discoloration.
