I would like to file a lawsuit. My 6-month-old daughter wore a 2-piece Minnie Mouse set purchased from Walmart, and she has broken out on her chest and stomach area really bad. Started to notice the breakout 2 days ago, which is the day she wore that outfit for the first time. I have not taken her to the doctor yet, and I have not reached out to the store.

While traveling through Georgia, I stopped at a Love's. My dog was torn apart and my girlfriend was bitten due to negligence on the part of a dog transporter. I have spent over $10,000 on surgeries for my pet to date. My girlfriend still can't use her hand 10 days later. Is there recourse to attain medical and pain and suffering compensation?

There is a deposition taking place tomorrow and I asked for a videographer to be present. I said I would pay for it. I am the petitioner in a California trust contest. The opposing counsel said I have run out of time. What is the time limit to notify everybody that a videographer is going to be present?

My husband and I own a 3-family home, purchased during our marriage, with the mortgage in my name and the deed jointly with my mother (1% interest). I recently discovered that two tenants have left without my knowledge, reducing our income and putting us in a deficit. My husband has not informed me about these changes and is assuming he will buy me out of the property. I am concerned about the impact on mortgage payments and want to know if my husband is allowed to make these tenant changes without informing me, and what actions I can take to address this situation.

As a pro se litigant in Georgia, when contacting the Judge’s office to request updates on responses to motions I filed, do I have to include all parties in the matter on those communications?
