I am purchasing an apartment today, and the vendor has been renting out the car park separately, providing extra fobs that only grant access to the car park. When I asked for all keys, fobs, and remotes, he said he only needs to give me 2 sets of apartment keys and I can buy the extra 3 fobs from him. I declined and he said he would sell them to other residents. I believe a purchaser should receive all keys upon settlement. Can you advise?

I was sued with false claims, and after counter-suing, the original suit was dropped, and they countersued my counter-suit. The original record is no longer on the judicial website, making it appear as if I sued them first. My lawyer advised against counter-suing their countersuit. The other party is making false statements under oath in depositions. What are my options, and should I proceed to trial?

I needed to break a lease to accept a new job in another state. I provided formal written notice and paid a re-rental fee. The property management company asked for an additional month's rent for January, which I paid partially. After vacating the home, they claimed I owed $1,100 in unpaid rent and deducted this amount from my security deposit, along with other charges. They also took over $1,000 for professional cleaning, painting, and miscellaneous items, despite already paying for cleaning. They charged me to remove a satellite dish that was already on the property when I moved in. What are my options?
