I am submitting a FL165 request to enter default in a divorce case. The only address I have for the respondent is her place of employment, where she was served. Is this address sufficient for the courts to send documentations to? Additionally, a blank FL 120 was not submitted for the respondent when filing for divorce. Will this be a problem? Finally, does the respondent need to file a response in the state where the divorce was initiated, even if she resides in a different state?
