My brother, who visited the U.S. from Germany last year for six months, was denied entry today at the Chicago airport with his children. He was held back under suspicion of working in the U.S. under a tourist visa, based on photos found on his phone showing him with my father who owns a flooring company. Does he have the right to see an attorney at the airport before being deported to Germany tomorrow?

Your brother can request to see an attorney at the airport, but the authorities will not provide one...
