I am the defendant in a lawsuit where the plaintiff has allegedly faked an email to justify not completing services and to claim funds. I know the email is fake because it was sent to an incorrect email address. How can I prove the email is false, and is there a way to subpoena my Gmail records for the date and time? Additionally, how can I subpoena the plaintiff's email records, and can I make a discovery request to determine if two separate entities were in collusion? Finally, can I subpoena the attorney representing the plaintiff, and do interrogatories require a sign-off from the clerk?

I have been living in the basement of a residential property in Kentucky for 2 years without a formal written agreement, paying rent on time each month. My landlord is now refusing to allow access to the driveway for moving out and has blocked it with his truck, making it difficult for me to use my wagon for groceries. What legal steps can I take to resolve this issue?
