At the hearing, I was not given enough time to present my side, the judge refused to verify the plaintiff's license status, and the bailiff presented the case as if both parties were present. I am on H1B and have a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude that is now expunged. I am applying for an inadmissibility waiver and want to know if I can travel back home before the waiver is approved, and how long I can stay in my home country until I get the waiver approved and return with the same employer's H1B.

They have already received 1798 documents from me, but are asking for duplicates and additional information, such as my phone records and a restoration estimate. They have asked me 62 special interrogatories, which seems excessive. How should I handle duplicate requests and what is the total number of special interrogatories permitted by law?
