I am trying to hire a developer to make a video game that I can sell. The contract includes a clause stating that if any copyrighted works are created as a result of the services provided by the Provider, the Provider owns all copyrights. The Provider also grants me a non-exclusive license for personal use of the produced works, with the requirement to attribute the Provider. I am worried that this means the Provider owns the video game I want to sell. What does this mean, and is it a scam?
