I booked a flight last year along with insurance in case I were to cancel. Now, the travel agency is playing gimmicks and won't allow me to use the credit I have with them. They initially blamed the airline and recommended I contact them, which I did. The airline advised the travel agency to either refund the money or book a new trip for me. The travel agency promised to call me back on multiple occasions to book a new trip but has failed to do so. What legal steps can I take to resolve this issue and potentially get a full refund?
