I bought a car from a private seller who disclosed that it had been in an accident but was fixed and in excellent condition. After purchase, I discovered significant mechanical issues, including compromised ABS brake system, a failing motor mount, water damage, and signs of a rear-end accident. The seller claims these issues arose after the sale. What legal actions can I take?
